Looking to purchase a toothbar for BX24.

Could you tell Me the pros and cons of these and possible other toothbars from your experience

Thankyou

Can only speak for the Markham. Good price, excellent quality and service.

What more could you ask for?

The WR Long company sells a "Flat" toothbar. I love it because you can back drag without leaving teeth marks or using the heal of the bucket!! If you go to Tooth Bar - BXTractors.info: The Kubota BX Wiki you can read about the differences.

On the advice from my neighbor, I got a wear blade (no teeth) from W R Long and I couldn't be happier. It extends the bucket edge about 3-4" and is about 6 " long underneath and as hard as it can be. I've been picking rocks, stumps, and other irritating things as well as plowing a gravel drive, can hardly see the wear. The reason for the wear blade as opposed to the tooth blade is the chance of bending the ram with the tooth.
It boils down to what you expect and need to do.

I have the flat WR Long tooth bar on my L3000DT Kubota and really like it, can't speak about the Markham bar although many others at TBN have been happy with them.

I ordered my WR Long bar through Carver Equipment as I could not find a more reasonable dealer in my area. Service was great from both WR Long and Carver.
