Thanks!!! KMy KM554 has non-standard 7/8" top link pins. My link looks just like yours. I put a thin bushing in the implement end and use it with Cat 1 pins. Agri Supply sells a cat 1-2 top link that is cat 1 (3/4") on 1 end and cat 2 (1") on the other. Then put a 7/8 to 1" bushing in the big end where it pins to the tractor.

McMaster-Carr is the complete source for your plant with over 595,000 products. 98% of products ordered ship from stock and deliver same or next day.www.mcmaster.com
Otherwise you could weld one up from a cat 1 top link and an end from your old one or a cat 1 lower lift arm end. (Both of those should be 7/8")
Thanks!!!! KNot sure what you mean by 'carpetable option'
If it is imperial threads you should be able to buy just the end at a tractor or farm supply store. It may be more difficult if it is metric threads.
However, most tractor or supply stores also sell just the ends that have a weldable stub on them. You then cut the damaged area off of the remaining threads and weld on a new end.
Or you can buy a new complete assembly, it doesn't matter if it is metric or imperial. Probably under $50
