Torque specifications for Farmtrac 45/60 Fuel Injection Pump bolts please

I can not find the torque specifications for the Bosch/Mico Fuel Injection pump bolts for my Farmtrac 60.
In my Farmtrac service repair manual, it excludes a "torque specifications" page within the "Section C Fuel System."

Is there anyone that can post the torque specifications for the:
Fuel Feed Pump to Injection Pump?
The large bolt that holds the tapered Fuel injection camshaft to the Fuel injection gear?
The three bolts that sandwich the injector on the Fuel Injection gear via a plate and coupling half?
The four bolts that hold the pump assembly to the engine mount?
the 6 torx bolts that hold the governor to the pump assembly?

Bolts depending on grade have a spec based on diameter of shank and thread pitch Example a 3/8 coarse thread is usually 27 to 35 ftlbs on grade5 bolts. Grade8 fine thread is 40 to 45ftlb, 5/16 is about 18 to 22ftlb coarse grade5
