My dad is working on a YM2000 with a major oil leak out of the starter. I posted on here some time ago about this same problem, but we are just now getting the opportunity to start working on it. The problem is, he can't find the torque spec. for the flywheel or the rear seal plate behind the flywheel. Could any of you help us out?

Sorry I can't be more specifically helpful, but can you look up the standard torque range for the size/grade bolt you're dealing with? I don't really know what I'm talking about so I apologize if this isn't helpful at all.

I believe the flywheel nut should be 275 - 304 ft lbs. Not sure about the seal plate bolts but I think you will find them to be 10mm and I doubt a high grade. My best guess without identifying the bolt grade would be 35 - 40 ft lbs.
