The dealer is Don's Tractor Sales in Alpena, MI. Ask for Dean.
Don's Tractor sold over 200 NH tractor units last year. Because they've been one of the largest, if not the largest, seller of new tractors in the US (over 200 units sold per year two years running) they get a special discount from New Holland that they pass on to the customer.

Congrats ans38, the TN series tractors are awesome! If I ever get enough property to justify having a larger tractor, they would be the first I would look at!

Thanks for the dealer info. I won't be in the market anytime soon, but others on here might be and it is certain that you got one of the best deals I have ever seen. If the dealer's service is topnotch, you really have a winner.

John,
I purchased this tractor for agricultural & landscaping use as well as snow removal & demolition work. I plan to do some mowing with it also. I've got 80 acres to clean up, removing brush, large rocks, and stumps. I also have some old buildings to tear down, and some heavy duty landscaping. The TN65 tractor was the largest tractor in that class that has the naturally aspirated diesel engine. I didn't want a turbocharged diesel because of the cold weather and dust.
One other thing I forgot to mention was that I also ordered the 16.9" front wheels for the extra floatation, using the loader, in soft ground. All in all, I hope the NH TN65S will be my all-around do-all tractor and an equal companion to my JD 730 General Purpose diesel tractor.

The fronts should be 11.2-24's and the rears are 16.9-30's right. I went with the larger tires as well and am glad I did since my ground is quite wet and the extra width is needed to save from tearing up everything. The TN will do just about everything you want it to and more and you will be very happy with it. Congrats and keep us informed when it shows up.

Oops. I apologize. The front wheels are 11.2/24. I put the rear tire size in my last post. Thanks for pointing that out, Robert. I don't want alot of people scratching their heads and wondering how a Super-Steer can have 16.9s on the front and not rub the tractor! Thanks for the correction. I'll be more careful to proof read my posts before putting them on the site.

Got a call from the dealer. My TN will be at the dealership next week! I can hardly wait. I'll try to post pictures when I take delivery.

I wish I could have 16.9's on the front as that would be great but I will live with the 11.2's for now, especially since they don't allow it. Also do not worry if the front wheels squat a lot when you have a full load on the bucket as it is natural with R-1's and you will be ok unless the rim hits the ground then you may want to reduce the weight in the bucket. If I didn't do as much tillage as I do I would have went with R-4's up front with ags on back so that the front's don't squat as much during loader work but I have not had any problems yet. Have fun and try to get some sleep before your tractor shows up./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
