I have learned a little about tracks vs wheeled and there is no perfect machine, well at least not for me anyway. I had a small Bobcat 440B for yard work and my Cub 7275 tractor for bigger stuff. I decided to upgrade my 440B 3-4 years ago and went with a ASV RT30 tracked machine. While it's still a small machine, in the yard you have to be really careful turning as the tracks will tear up the grass. Straight ahead, no issues, but sharp turns are not ideal. I guess my 440B weighed about 1/2 of the ASV so even though it had wheels it was pretty easy to turn on the lawn with basically no damage. That said, I also have some swampy/wetter ground and the ASV basically floats over that stuff versus sinking away like the Bobcat would. (I'd like to put turf tracks on the ASV but use it for several different applications(moving snow etc) and so turfs would not be ideal either). And then I bought a new MX6000 last fall with R4's thinking I'd replace the Cub. Frankly, I figured the MX6000 would be really hard on the lawn with the extra weight over the Cub but in fact with the R4's I do very little damage to my grass even with the bucket full. Go figure.
