I wonder how many tractor owners have actually ridden in the FEL.
I have.
I took a chair with arm rests, tied it firmly into the FEL.
I strapped myself firmly into the chair.
My tractor is HST. My adult buddy used good judgment and CREPT along while I used a hand herbicide sprayer to target individual trees and brush.
The amazing thing to me was how ROUGH it is to ride in an FEL even though he read the terrain, went very slow and sought to make the ride as smooth as possible.....
I had welts that night where the seat belt had been holding me down to the chair in the FEL.
Conclusion: a FEL is no place for kids, ever, when the tractor is moving.
