Buying Advice tractor advice

   / tractor advice #21
The dealer I am going to try first is the same Guy I bought both machines from. It will be interesting to see if he can look me in the eye, and tell me he won't take the d17, that I just bought from him last year, for almost as much as I paid (by the way, the d17 was a trade from someone else on a new Kubota). I am a realist, and I know this guy has to make some money, so I can take a little loss on that. I will be bent, if he can't do the same for me for a few hundred doller loss on my end. Thanks for the advice

I would really doubt that you would only lose a "few hundred dollars". Dealers rarely stay in business if that's all they make on a deal.

Remember, when you drive a new car off the dealer's lot, it loses thousands of dollars in the first few feet it's driven. I expect something similar for tractors. They would rather sell a new one than an old one.
