OK, so my bad cuts by hand are just that, bad cuts. LOL.

I have a small Fanuc Robodrill 5 axis CNC mill at work I use everyday. I love CNC.

Assembly - boom 3... hopefully I will manage to bend the last curve with large hydraulic jack... got to make myself a hydraulic shop press...urgently.

Are the torched holes round enough to use a pipe to align them? (Concentricity)

If they are cut onsize and are clean enough, I understand. Many torch cuts have a "blip" where they are started and ended. I don't see any blips. Which is good.

Maybe I just need to wait and see what's around the corner....
