Yes I am going to get a new battery after work today and just disconnect the horn. I had this happen on a Jeep Wrangler one time and it was the clock spring under the steering wheel. Took a while but found the problem. I didn't know if maybe somebody had already had this problem and knew how to fix it. Thanks for all the help.

Since I didn't take into account the beeper/buzzer warning function, please ignore my previous reply.
I pulled all the fuses in the fuse box. Inspected each one, all had white corrosion on the blades. Cleaned them and put them back in. Hooked the new battery back up and no beeping. Fired her up and she ran for 10 seconds and went dead. None of the dash instruments worked so I checked that fuse. It was blown so I replaced it and it has run fine ever since. I guess it is fixed for now.
