If it's gelling the fuel filters will have a crystallization of water on them and would need replacement. You may have bled the air out of the system and it ran until the air came back in from maybe a rubber line that is shrinking from extreme cold at a fuel connection and or clamp..

Check gasket on filter and each fitting on the fuel line. Had tiny air leak on spin on fuel filter that did same but warm weather. If it happens again and you have a help, trying removing air filter and shooting short burst of 24D with engine being cranked. Should start up with that and shooting short burst till it runs. Often this will get engine to run enough you don't have to bleed the system.

So quick update on my tractor problem I changed out the mechanical fuel pump for an electric one and tractor starts and runs better than it ever has since I have owned it. Thanks for all the help.
