Tractor driven splitters?

   / Tractor driven splitters? #11
I have the same brand as Paul, but I went with the model with it's own motor. Just didn't want to tie up the tractor to do the splitting. I also pile the logs and then cut to stove length size and then split. I do about ten cord a year and have really enjoyed the splitter.

One thing Paul mentioned that is interesting was the ability to lower the splitter on the 3 pt hitch to split large logs. That is something you cannot do with the splitter I have and there have been times that I could not get the log up onto the splitter. If I would of thought of that I might have gone with the 3 pt hitch splitter!
