Tractor gets smaller home

Currently I house my tractor in a large machine shed. However, that should all change this fall when it gets to move into a new home. This is the site before anything started.

We have a 400' driveway and I took the top 6" of dirt off for use in the yard. Here is the tractor moving the dirt.

My brother and I put down geofabric so the rock wouldn't sink into the mud.

Here they are putting rock around the footing forms

The site is on a hill and doesn't allow for easy access by cement trucks. As a result they pumped the walls.

On Monday they began framing the house in nearly 100 degree heat.

By Monday evening, they had the lower level work nearly completed.

 

[Wesdor]

The decking was glued and then screwed into place.

 

[Wesdor]

Just to show priorities, the first wall up was where they tractor will be housed.
