Tractor Hauling

Hi All,

I am interested in purchasing a tractor in GA but I live in NH. I have been calling around talking to hauling companies (mainly car hauling), however, I cannot find anyone to haul a tractor. The tractor is a 4310 with a backhoe. My guess it is approximately 17 feet long. Anyone know of companies that would haul this for me? If so, what is the going rate for something like this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There are companies that haul tractors etc. I had my tractor and mower shipped up from Florida to Maryland. It was a big load - Kubota M8950 and a 15' Flexwing mower. Total cost to me was about $1100.

I don't have the name of the company offhand, when I get home I may be able to find the name. I believe the company was based out of Minnesota.

When flatbeds finish a delivery run, they are empty, so they love to get a job to make some money on the return trip -- or at least a partial trip, depending on where the guy has to go back to base.
