Anyone try one of these kits? Seems like a good option for the money. Factory kit for my 3320 is triple the price with a lot of install time.

So went through the same questions a few years back when looking for a solution for a third function for our NH... The 1st thing to consider IMHO is how & what are you using the third function for... if it is for a grapple or similar type attachment where you are going to be frequently switching back & forth many / multiple times to use the function (i.e. grapple, post puller, etc), then I would never want a manual switch like the kit you linked above.

I agree the install is pretty simpler / straight forward but at $600 (= or-) for the kit you are very close to purchasing a electric diverter valve which will allow much quicker & "covenant" operation of the 3rd function diverter; i.e. never taking you hand off the loader control.

When I purchased ours, I looked at it as a long term investment & for near the same money & a little extra install time; & after a lot of usage I would never not want the system we have.

Again just my opinion, nothing against the product you linked (I looked at a similar solution back then) & also looked at a true 3rd function... but decided on the 3rd function diverter with momentary push button control.

I was wondering the same thing. I've never used a hydraulic grapple and wondered if there is a time when you need both the grapple and loader functioning at the same time. I'd love to hear from people who use grapples.

3rd function is better, but having the additional option to divert that function is even better yet.
I use the added 3rd function for having a very useful hyd. top arm, but switch that 3rd function to my grapple thumb when moving logs and/or brush piles.

Now that I'm leaning toward a 3rd function kit for my L3130 with the La513 loader the cost has jumped from $600 for a simple diverter valve to $2000 for a full 3rd function kit from LaneShark. This is shocking to me. I also found another company called Mowbility who claims to sell a full 3rd function kit specifically for my set up for about $1000. Does anyone have an opinion if this Mowbility kit is any good?

Mowbility seems to be selling WR Long stuff. Summit hydraulics is worth a look.
Are you buying a lane shark (or similar). They use an extra "line" directly back to the sump. Something to consider when pricing. Might be why that one is priced higher and something you would have to add to the others.
