CNH will be happy to insure your tractor. However, there are 2 things to watch out for with CNH: they are expensive compared to others, and they will typically only insure it for what you owe on it or what the market value is. I believe the dealer actually gets a financial reward if you buy insurance from CNH, so your money is just giving you a crappy policy that really insures CNH that they will be paid off (assuming you financed with them) and gives the dealer a bonus.
I was able to get my tractor insured under my Farm Family policy quite a bit cheaper than CNH, and it is a full replacement policy, not a market value or finance value policy. Farm Family specializes in farm insurance packages and will cover all your insurance needs in a fairly comprehensive package. Not sure if they are nationwide or just in the NE US, but I think it would be worth looking outside of CNH for insurance regardless.
