I think you just defined refund...It's not a refund. It's the tax payers money, over and above the amount the IRS is stealing.
Taxation is theft.

The tolerances for oil seals on shafts is amazingly broad. The seat where the seal is pressed is perhaps tighter. A seal will hold pretty well with a bit of free play in the shaft. Designers of seals know this is going to occur.I'm not an engineer, but I was wondering today if the durability of the seals was in the manufacturing of the seal or had something to do with the machining tolerances of the metal parts. I could see a manufacturer incurring more costs of manufacturing if they machine parts to close tolerances and seals lasting longer in their units than in units where a manufacturer has looser machining tolerances and expect the seal to make up the gap. That might work initially, but over time the seal is going to leak even if the seal itself is the same quality in both cases.
I think that is probably accurate. I was told something similar when we tried to buy a zero turn about a year and a half ago. Salesperson said that whatever we get in now will be it until 4th quarter. That was in the spring before mowing started.CAN We go back to the topci?
Tractor lots have some equipment...
I spoke to my local Kubota dealer and while they had some in most was already sold and they said this was about what they expected to have in stock for the next 6 months so .. when its' gone... not sure if that was a sales tactic and they even said I know this is sales tactic comment but it was the reality for them.
Tough to find any used tractors here, but lots are full of used combines.Anyone else notice how tractor dealers lots are now loaded, I drive by 2 JD dealers 2 bobcat dealers and one Kubota dealer all the time and They are full , in fact the kubota and one JD dealer has at least 40 tractors WEonder if they are still selling.
This is what erodes the value of our dollar over time thus making our currency worth less and less every year.I had to find the definition of what is and what causes inflation:
Inflation is the rate of increase in prices over a given period of time. Inflation is typically a broad measure, such as the overall increase in prices or the increase in the cost of living in a country.
What causes inflation?

More jobs and higher wages increase household incomes and lead to a rise in consumer spending, further increasing aggregate demand and the scope for firms to increase the prices of their goods and services. When this happens across a large number of businesses and sectors, this leads to an increase in inflation.

That chick has no talent in my opinion. Her success is more of a lack of awareness of what good music is then anything else. Are you kidding me!? I would not pay that much to _ her.
Exactly right!Things may work fine during the warranty period, but when parts start breaking after the warranty expires and all the repair costs are on the customer, that is where the cheaper up front cost flip flops and becomes a liability later.
Of course they will except the lot being full doesn't fit the narrative. The 2 major tractors in my area have full lots. They both tell me sales are good
