Capacity of the pump, meaning the GPM it pumps has NOTHING to do with how much the loader will lift.Thank you. I have decided to go with the 2000 # forks. What did you determine to be the actual lift capacity of the tractor? If I am thinking correctly the lift capacity is based not only on the loader lift capacity, but also the capacity of the tractor hydraulic pump. I have the 805 loader . I had a Kubota dealer trying to push 3000# forks on me using the loader specs only. When I mentioned that I did not believe the tractor had enough power to come close to lifting that kind of weight he got angry.
The "lift" has to do with the size of the lift cylinders and PSI of the pump.
