I looked at a YM186 today and I think that models gonna be the ticket for me. Now the questions...
It has a Yanmar 60" MMM. The gear drive for this sticks out the back and it almost looks like you could mount other implements to the back of that??? Another I know of has the woods MMM and its the 4WD version. Prices about the same but the second further distance to get.
Anyone with experience using the oem Yanmar MMM -vs- a Woods MMM same width? Cut quality? Ease of use? Removal?
The first also has the standard width turf tires where the 4WD version has the wide turf tires which many of you may not have seen before but they were supposedly offered as an option stock and they are about as wide as the tractor seat.. fwiw.
Do the wide tires make a large difference in the handling? Does the 4WD make a large difference in the handling?
The first has the shifter on the middle of the floorboard while the second has the shifter on the console... lever type. Is one better than the other?
Seems to me for similar pricing its a no brainer to go for the 4WD version.
What would you all pay for one with a used loader?
Cheers...
