WOW, people down there must work cheap. Someone backs a tow truck up to a car, that takes five minutes and it could cost $500.00. God help you if it sits in their yard!
Thats great. My only upset was my little Steiner tractor. I too shut it off quickly, but not as quickly as I would have liked due to disorientation. Like, where did the keyswitch go?

Riiiiight. That is why OSHA requires them for all employee operated tractors (except in special circumstances).the tractor will crush you in the seat that way if you have a 2 point ROPS. not good for most people!..
Exactly, unless you are into drag racing your tractor, 90% of the time it's going less than 10MPH and forward speed isn't a real factor in the forces on a rollbar.I too question that. In my way of thinking, the first purpose of a standard two post ROPS is to keep the tractor from going over, beyond lying on it's side. If you do that, you probably limit the tendency to keep rolling down a hill. Not a great experience for an operator.
