Don't forget to put the parking brake on, before you put it on its tires!
Thanks for that advice. 20190516_124907.jpeg20190516_124849.jpeg20190516_124828.jpeg

You are lucky to be alive! Praise God that you are okay!

That looks like a lot of work just to sharpen the mower blades... How did it happen?

If you have comprehensive insurance the first thing you should do is contact your insurance agent. That’s why you pay those premiums every month.
After looking at the pics, Yikes! Thankfully you weren't injured. To steal another member’s line (Tractor Seabee?) a serious accident is one which money can’t fix.

My one track mind went right to hydrolock without saying the obvious: Glad you're still breathing!

I'm with the the others that mentioned a tow truck. Get some help with this, take it easy, be safe and remember that we all do dumb stuff. Wonder where I get that catchy screen name? I can give you 7 examples, none of which were MENSA sanctioned experiments.

seatbelts are only safe for tractors with a 4 point ROPS, else it's safer not to wear one, and hopefully be able to be thrown clear of the tractor before it rolls over on you!.. 2 point ROPS tend to fold up when there is forward or backward motion, like sliding down a hill..

Glad your not hurt worst.
I turned over my M5030 with metal cab while bushogging. Used jacks and cribbing to raise the top up about two feet. Then attached winch to top and righted. Had the equipment and some experience. If not best to get professional help. Your not the first. Your dealer may help arrange getting it upright, take to the dealer to checkout and return to you maybe the best and cheapest way to pay for an education. Hydrolock an engine and it gets expensive fast. Good luck.

I know this is sacrilege but, if you can, call a tow truck. They deal with similar things all of the time and have the equipment. You've dodged a bullet. Don't jump back in front of the target.

second this, call a pro. Its usually like $100

Yeah, how? Did it roll over 90 degrees or 270 degrees?

BTW: I don't agree that trying to "jumping free" is the best method. It's hard to land on your feet, lucky if there even flat ground to do so, and then get away from 8000 lbs that might still be chasing you with large spinning blades.

Be safe. Hire a toe service to get it back up. No matter what, when you get it set on it's feet do NOT try to start it. Open each cylinder via the Glow Plugs or Injectors to let any possible fluids out! Trying to set the tractor upright without the experience or the correct equipment could cost you more in damages than the cost of a professional help.

I don't think a PRO would look over at the phone ringing for a hundred bucks.

Nasty picture but still hard to determine terrain or overall landscape.

Think it may have to set like that for a day or two. Really sore right now especially my lower back. I think when it rolled over the canopy hit me in the small of my back right above my butt. Know my elbow is hurting as well. One of those things where the adrenaline is pumping and you don't feel anything initially. We shall see what tomorrow brings. Thanks everyone for your comments. I will definitely call a pro to help.

you don't list the State you're in!.. yes, that's a fair price in many States, but not all.. so, what State do you live in?. maybe the OP lives in your State, and can benefit from your input!..

I agree, too many things to get caught on (such as the shifter, loader control, etc, etc) to risk trying to jump free. I buckle up anytime the tractor is moving more than just out of the barn to park it on the driveway. Yes it takes an extra 5 seconds, but 98% of the time I would be better off if the tractor rolled and I'm buckled in.

WOW, people down there must work cheap. Someone backs a tow truck up to a car, that takes five minutes and it could cost $500.00. God help you if it sits in their yard!

I live in Alabama. And by the way screw "Roll Tide". I am an Auburn fan. I always said that if the university of Alabama played again a team coached by ***** Bin Laden and the players were Taliban I would be in the stands screaming "Go Taliban!!!!!!"

the tractor will crush you in the seat that way if you have a 2 point ROPS. not good for most people!..

I NEVER wear a seat belt, unless I feel that I am in danger. I think if the tractor were to roll over, you would be better off wearing a seat belt. Water, maybe being the only exception, in my opinion only.
