A lot of it will depend on a dealers inventory and when that inventory comes due for settlement.
^^ THAT is where Uncle should be flexing muscle ... limiting payback demands by lenders against small businesses.

That concept is appealing on it's surface, but as always, there is the equal and opposite reaction issue.
How will lenders be able to continue lending to small businesses, if they do not receive prompt repayment of existing loans?
