Buy a bottle of Fabreeze. If that doesn't solve it replace the seat. You can get one easily for about $75 that will have suspension. You just may have to drill a few holes or make a bracket.

Exactly. A cloth tractor seat is like carpet in the kitchen.
I bought a house with carpet in the kitchen once and that was the first thing to go. I was like... What the Heck? Same for me if I had a cloth seat on a tractor.

You can clean the cloth 40x over. Likely, it is the foam underneath. Once it absorbs the smell, it's too late. That's why most seats, even vinyl, have plastic sheeting on the foam core before the cover is applied. Unfortunately, it tears from flexing and deteriorates. From my experience, it's new seat time. Belly up, or plug the nose. Farts, mold, raunchy sweat, and such entombed in that cushion are as likely to leave as toe fungus.

:laughing: We have had a lot of rain recently. When the weather improves I will pull the seat and try cleaning and sanitizing with a upholstery cleaner.

I would like to keep it OEM. Reupholster is second option if I can't clean it.

There have been a lot of good ideas here. But change the **** seat. If you have absolutely nothing else to do then try everything.
After that get the replacement and be done with it. It's very unlikely anything you do will solve this. But you can try shrink wrap to seal in the odor.
