This is all I have so far, it was just a vision until today when they poured the concrete. Have not had rain in two weeks, it was not even forecast for today, but once they started pouring so did the sprinkles!

Here's my project in the making. It's the 50 or so year old pole barn that came with our property. It seems that it's been used for livestock sometime in the past but hasn't been anything but junk storage for the last 20 years or so.

Lots of work to do to make it really nice, but I'll be starting shortly just cleaning it all out and leveling the dirt floor. Anybody want an old 240V rotisserie? :D

Good gawd. I see all these pictures and I realize I am on the WRONG website! You guys have got to be the wealthiest people I've ever seen.

Here is a pic of our barn. It used to hold the hay for the horses back in the 50's. Now it's just storage.

Sometimes I feel that way too Grizzly. But I still like to see the pictures and search for ideas. It took me three years to get my shop done. Did all the work myself but kept my costs down under $10K including wiring, concrete and insulated/finished walls and ceiling.

A professional builder came in to my neighbors place and completely built a 60x90x14 machine shed in the same amount of time that it took me to put the steel siding on the South end of my building where the big rollup door, walk in door and a window are. They stopped by before leaving and we all had a good laugh about the "race". Then they spent 30 minutes walking around inside my shop giving me pointers on how to finish and wire it.

I love exchanging ideas and looking at everyone's "stuff". I even enjoy looking at your shed Grizzly. I've probably got 1000 pictures saved on my computer for future reference. That's what this website is to me. I don't worry much about money. Heck, I'm a soldier, everyone makes more money than me!!! :)

This is going to be the new home for my tractors, truck and other toys. They just finished putting it up last week, and now I'm working on the driveway, and the drainage around the building.
