He didn't mention syncro. He said his quote was for a hydro and I was wondering whether your quote was for a hydro or for a syncro.

Thats what I thought too, but he said he's been putting on the 1525's unless he was mistaken. I guess I'll just have to find out when they come in and I take one out for a ride. I'm in no rush, the house has to be finished first!

UPDATE:

I just recieved delivery on a brand new 1533 8x8 syncro shuttle and 1525 loader. I opted for the HD 66in bucket on the front and loaded turfs. Paid $18,500 which seemed to be pretty good for this area. I've already had it running around in the mud, and plowing some snow. Runs like a dream! I'll post more pictures when I've got some free time to figure out how/where to post them here. Thanks for all your help! I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions in the future!

I'll have to unpack my Red Ryder 200 shot, carbine action air rifle, with a compass in the stock, and this thing that tells time. Once we move in the house. Hopefully, I won't shoot my eye out!

Thank you! I just used it to plow up about 12 inches of snow this morning. Had a blast, but I had to stop a few times to warm up in the house. 20 below with the wind chill today, but I had to get the rad and driveway cleared! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well you did step up from the GC2300, didn't you?? Hey, congratulations, and welcome! Sounds like a great package with the potenatial for a lot of fun. Stay warm (how do you do that in 20 below??), post pics (lots), and good luck!

Gee I wish I could say we had snow like that in western PA. Since I put the snowblower on my GC2300 at the beginning of winter, I only got to use it once (it was much more fun, and faster, than pushing the snow around with the FEL and rear blade though).

If you are going to be tearing up stuff with your FEL, I suggest a toothbar if it doesn't have one. It provided an unbelievable boost in productivity when I was removing brush and stumps.

Good luck with the new toy, I mean tractor.
