Tractor Supply Store, Bennington, VT

Trctor Supply is on a roll right now. We are doing the mechanicals for a new one here in Rochester, Minnesota. They have two of them being built right now in Minnesota. They have hired a contractor to travel around the states just to put up new stores. You just never know where the next one will be.

That is some good news. Save me a trip 120miles to Cobbleskill. Would be nice if they built one in Orange or Ulster county.

So Lunger, where is Amenia? I see you are in dutchess county, is it closer to me in northern Coulmba county, then Colbskill?

Amenia is down in Dutchess County a few miles south of Millerton. I'd say it is about the same distance from you as the Amsterdam store is. Actually, the Bennington store will likely be closest to you....maybe about a 45-50 minute drive on I-90 east, then pick up Rt. 22 north to Rt. 7 east that will take you into Bennington.

This is GREAT news!!! My wife and I make up a list every month of things we need at TSC, and we make the trek to Amsterdam the first rainy weekend day that we can't do any farm work. Right now our list is long, so we'll be making our pilgrimedge soon. I can't wait to be able to just breeze over to Benington!!

Looks like they are not doing so bad. Their stock price almost doubled over the past year. Probably not a bad investment for someone to make.

Not necessarily. It was a good investment before the stock price doubled. Now, it's a much riskier investment for newcomers after it has already doubled. It will only be proven to be a good investment if the company continues to grow revenues and profits that support its current stock price valuation and any higher valuations the market chooses to place on this issue.
