Seemed legit enough to me ! Seller is deployed in Iraq, so i can't go look at the tractor since he had to put it in storage. I sent out a check to his uncle, who will be handling the details of the transaction. His uncle lives in a rural location, so i sent the check to a cafe' in Nigeria where he spends alot of his time.
