Some pine I brought in this past summer. Very little fire wood, they sold as is, so I was fortunate this year. Some years you can't sell the log, so I end up with a lot of firewood.

I do sort out the 12" tip and above for saw logs. We bring in a portable mill every few years and cut them up. The value is down for commercial use because my dump is 16' so logs are 15'6".

Can you take the rear doors off the trailer? They can stick out then to get those up to 16'

I could, but logs are only once in a while, while dump trailer material is often. Once in a great while, I will use my flatbed with log bunks for high quality logs. Most of my customers are homeowners with nothing to unload with so the dump works better. This load I had presold so they were long logs and he had a loader to off load.
