If a Kid gets killed riding a bicycle to school I suppose they would ban bicycles? If they got killed driving a car to school would they also ban cars? These folks need to focus on some real problems.

The cheif of Police has a job to keep people safe and enforce the laws. He should not be selective on which laws he enforces though (many officers are).

Its hard to make an unpopular decision like that. Why should the Cheif risk his job by turning his cheek? IF I came to you and asked you to risk your job would you? Probaly not.

Sounds like the tractor drive was a tradition and Im sad to see it go considering the big picture.
