Unless he does not like damage R1 tires does to his lawn.
As I said before I use this tractor to make a living and work primarily in residential yards. I called my Kubota dealer today and he told me turf tires and wheels would cost me 2500.00. The problem is he said it would make the tractor over 100 inches wide which would make it untrailerable. So would anyone like to trade ag tires for industrial tires : ). Why does no one seem interested in answering my original question?

I have turfs on mine and except when I'm doing ground engagement work (plowing) they work very well. In fact they are better in the snow and on ice than ag tires and where I live that seems like about 1/2 the year.
I have to agree with LB. Why? You could not give me a tractor with Turfs unless I owned and maintained a golf course.
If you do have a need for turfs keep your R1's. You will want them back on sooner or later.
Chris
If you work commercial snow, turfs are a must!!! (firefighter jim) ags are the worst tire for snow, almost useless. Ags are thin & have very little rubber in surface/contact compared to the wide turfs that self clean on every revolution.

This is far from true. Not saying that trufs don't work but the vast majority of farm tractors doing commercial snow will have R1's and work very well.
All of this is moot point, if the OP wants turf tires then he wants turf tires.
