17' New Holland Workmaster 60 & 02' Kubota L3000F
Needed a smaller but heavy duty set than my 9' Taylor ways to fit between my planted pines on 10' centers. I called a buddy up to borrow his to get in there and he said a guy he knows had a 6' set he wanted to trade for a 5' light duty set. I thought perfect! I had a 5' light duty set that I used behind my 32hp Kubota. Called the gentleman up, he looked at my disk and wanted to trade on the spot. I offered to pay some boot and he said nope because this saved him some headache from selling his, hunting more, and they were in great condition, so deal. I did hook them up to my Kubota when I got home to see if I can still use them on it, needs some weight added to the front, but it pulled them great in a quick field test. Little paint and should be good to go.

I never get offered trade deals like that...

I have a 7 foot that is designed just like yours. The previous owner added a railroad steel full length across the center between the two gangs. It cuts really well but I haven't used it since I got my tiller.

Thanks man, they'll fit perfectly for either tractor, mostly use behind my NH unless I need to get into somewhere tight my Kubota will be hooked to them. After I add some weight to the front of it.

Me either!

I think you were a winner on that deal!

I know, we joked about that and I offered a little money to boot but he wouldn't take it.

Good to know. One of the 3pt hook up brackets has some patch welding done that is a little goobered up was the only thing wrong, and they work so I guess that's not even a problem. I'll eventually cut them off and weld in some new brackets just to beef it up, they look a little weak if I added weight to it.
