Trading 2210 for 2520, man those 2520 are expensive

I traded my 2210 (first year of 2210, can't remember what model year it was ). I traded it for a 07 2520.
MY 2210 had 245 hrs on it, and a fel only.
I got a 2007 2520 with 200cx brush guard and R4 tires.
I traded for $6,000. My 2210 was in excellent condition, and had nothing wrong with it EXCEPT the whole bottom of the rear-end was smashed and crumbling from hitting rocks!

Probably more than you would like, you don't usually get a premium for your trade. Just like new car/truck dealers, tractor dealers makes money off of trade-ins usually. It's always better to sell your stuff yourself, but I never have the patience. JC

I bought a 2520 two months ago 200cx grill guard and ballast box,15,870 plus tax. I love the 2520 it has done everything I have asked. Especially mowing,I have a frontier 2072 rear mower and it cuts a nice as any mower out their. Also the weight of the tractor is easy on your lawn. I mowed 4 weeks ago after a day of hard rain and it didn't tear any of the lawn up. I really had my eyes on a 3220 but just couldn't justify the money weight and size of the machine. You can't go wrong with the 2520. I think with all that you get it is dollar for dollar the best machine out in the 2000 series line up.
