I talked to my dealer briefly last week. Didn't try to negotiate anything. I just wanted to find out what the "starting point" would be. I would have have to put up a little over $3000 to trade in my 4110 (with 200CX and 60" mmm) to get a new 2320 with a 200CX. He would probably come down some, especially if I bought a ZTR as part of the deal. I could probably get more for my 4110 if I sold it myself instead of trading it in. I figure the best I could do is end up paying $1000 to get the 2320, after selling my 4110 myself and negotiating a lower price on the 2320.
Based on some of the earlier comments, the 2320 is argueably a little less of a tractor, especially if the main use for it is the FEL, and maybe a BH later down the road. That means I would have to move up to a 2520 ($2000 more than the 2320) or a 2720 (didn't get a price on a 2720).
For now, I think I will put the out of pocket money towards the ZTR. Once I get the ZTR, I will probably mothball the mmm.
