Trading/selling my 2210...Who\'s traded for a 2305?

Thinking of trading in my 04' 2210 w/265 hrs for a new 2305... What kind of trade $'s did you spend? My 2210 isn't perfect but it's really nice... I have the 210 loader and 62c deck. I have a couple quotes being worked on and will know tomorrow what kind of cash I'll need to spend to boot... Curious what you guys found??

ALSO... let me know any recommendations for additions/modifications you're happy with or not with your 2305??? Thanks in advance!

Just curious, But what do you expect to gain by the trade?? The 2210 is great and the 2305 is nearly the same unit??

I was quoted $9800 just for the basic 2305 tractor about a month ago with iMatch hitch but no trade involved in that price.

Looks like a nice strong machine for its size when I looked at it. Looks to be really easy to get on and off and most controls are at your fingertips which is important to me with my disabilities.

Chances are the dealer will only want to put somewhere between 8500-9500 in your trade and sell you the other (2305, 200CX loader and deck) for around 13500. I think the best you will do is a 4K difference.

JD2210... That's the number I'm thinking. If that's the magic number I'll continue being a 2210 owner. My 2210 is to good of a machine to let them have it. I'll find out soon enough...

Don't rule out a private sale...

I'm just North of you in MN and I'm in the market for a 2210 or a 2305.

Your 2210 is pretty much what I'm looking for. I have one that I'm interested in at a dealer with the exact same equipment except it's a '03 but with ~170 hours on it. Looks pretty nice - they want $10,500.

The finance incentives are a consideration too. I was going to purchase used, but the free money was too attractive. I had the money to purchase, but I'd rather use Deere's for a while.

RVtech... thanks for the heads up. I see they are offering 0% for 2 yrs. So I'll take them up on it and leave my $'s in the bank.

Question... What do you think of your hood? I keep hearing neg reaction on quality... what are your thoughts? Thanks....
