Buying Advice Trading turfs

I just sold my 3520 and am having a 4520 delivered next week, it's used. Seams to b n good shape, it has turfs on it though and I really want r1 or r4's.
Is this something dealers or individuals ever trade or am I going to have to buy new?
my 3520 had r1's and I liked them, I've never had turfs. **** I may like them since I usually just mow fields. Thought I'd ask ahead of time

Dealers have to order their new tractor with the tires spec'd.
But something you should discuss with your sales person before delivery, IMO.

Call the local dealers and see if they have any trades in stock. I have seen stacks of tires and wheels at the dealers in my area.

There are 55 threads about turf tires. If you read them, you'll find lots of satisfied owners.

If your not going to use ground engaging equipment like a plow, or operate in mud, you should be happy with the turfs.

And, you can always chain them up if you need more traction.

Have turfs on my Massey and used it to move snow all winter and didn't have a problem.:thumbsup: They are easy on the grass when moweing too.
