Trailer axle drum stuck bearings welded to stub shaft

I started packing my bearings with regular wheel grease and then add the gear oil to hubs once put back together. I started that after the plastic housing broke one night, hub oil leaked out and I did not catch it untill it was too late, sitting on side of road in south Louisiana. That was back in 1996 or so, gives you little cushion if the hubs leaks the oil out. Might help for the furure.

Try Husky trailers and Trailer Wheel and Frame fror for the stubs, both places are out Houston. Might be worth having shipped if they have the stubs. I know Husky has the smaller stubs, have bought a bunch of them different projects.
