I had a 8x12 delivered similarly. Set it on top of packed limestone a couple of years ago..All good.

Just watched the video, WAY too complicated and time consuming.
A Rollback would have been in and out before he got the wheels under it.
I have moved 20 and 40' containers with a Landoll and I would just tilt bed and drive off or tilt bed and winch back on.
I would even pick from crocked angle by putting a piece of 3" channel in pockets for a pivot.

My delivery driver had a Mule and did use it on both sheds. I had set two stakes, strung a line and spayed a marking stripe for them to line up on. What with uneven ground and some furrows from previous activities, they got it close then finessed the first shed exactly where I wanted it with the Mule. The second, being that I wanted butted as tight as possible to the first made the Mule necessary due to the angle when it was slid off of the trailer. They did put some blocks between the trailer and the shed then used the hydraulic trailer tail to push the second shed closer to the first. It was not quite square so they used the Mule to line it up pretty much perfectly and also to lift it to set some blocks. The larger run in shed was minimally braced with temporary 2x4's but being all open on the bottom, would easily be damaged by rough treatment.

They also had one of those square trailer jacks that are used on the heavier trailers with a lip welded onto it to jack up certain areas of the buildings to shim or place blocks under them.

I did not just get off of the "banana boat". These guys did a good job with minimal time to spare. I had another shed builder maybe six miles from the farm I sold last spring. That operation moves alot of sheds. They have at least one semi load of materials if not more coming in pretty much every day. They have at least two rigs moving for them, both with Mules on the trucks. They don't do horse sheds however but did give me a tour of the operation. Pretty impressive. Anyway, I don't figure that these people would not waste money on the Mule's if they did not work for them.
