Hi all. I am looking to buy a new cargo/UTV trailer. Probably made by Proline trailers in NH. They have V nose cargo, and a Hybrid trailer that has a sloped nose starting about 2 1/2 feet from the frame and angling back to the roof. Pulling with a Ram 2500 6.4L gas.
Does anyone have any experience pulling one of these hybrid trailers? The v nose takes up room on the frame where I would keep a tool box with gas cans that I don’t want inside the trailer. Surfing the web I find all types of pros and cons about the v nose. Good mileage. No difference in mileage, bad in crosswinds, etc, etc.
Any real world experience with these types of trailers greatly appreciated.
