trailer painting

Hi,
I bought an 18foot utility trailer that needs painted on the underside. What paint/primer(black) would you guys reccommend and any ideas on how to make the underside more accessible to paint? It has a pressure treated wood deck. I have a Wagnor Power sprayer, would this be ok to use or would you brush on the paint?

Jerry, I just put a new pressure treated deck on mine. (old one was not PT) While I had the deck off I cleaned up the underside with a wire cup on a grinder, and just brushed on a thick coat of Rustolum. The bottom had very little rust on it, so I guess it could have stayed the way it was, but it was easy to do. Plus it is only a trailer, so who cares if you see brush strokes on the bottom!
