I've seen this on older trail groomer machines on ski mountains up this way.......they would use a porta-power with a nitrogen accumulator (your air-over-hyd) tee'd in the line to make-up for pressure losses...but some sort of valve is needed to isolate this setup during normal brake operation
If you ran this set up before the 3 way valve it would isolate the set up from the brakes during regular operation the nitrogen accumulator would be the costly part of the equation

I had a set that squeezed in vertically, which seemed like a much better way to do it, at least in THEORY.
They were GREAT until the trailer actually rolled a bit and jammed them.
Despite loosening and nudging the trailer back and forth they could be a real BEAR to free.

As a separate project, I might try to find a another pair of those "vertical" type anyway, I haven't seen an ad for them lately.
They take more space in the tool box, but don't get pushed into the mud the way triangular chocks do, being off the ground is a NICE feature.

These are similar, though my old ones had hard black rubber blocks;

not too expen$ive.
I don't remember there being a padlock eye, but it might have been there.

Those look pretty nice plus it would make it harder for someone to steel the trailer.
Here are some more at etrailer.

Yeah, trailer theft isn't HIGH on my list right now, that is to say I already have several measures in place.
Nothing is entirely thief proof, but I have enough mechanisms/devices/deterrents to make other trailers more attractive (easier targets).
