I have a 2014 Mahindra 5010 with the European style trailer socket. I was debating on whether to rewire a standard 7-pin rv plug until I found this item on etrailer.com. Works perfectly....... Plugs into the factory Mahindra socket and adapts down to a standard 4-pin flat which is widely used in the US. The description says it's for a Land Rover 7-pin to a 4-pin flat but it's the same plug that fits my Mahindra tractor. Hope this helps
Thought maybe I could figure out wiring to trailer plug on back of my T450 TYM to power LED lights mounted to ROPS ( but wires are SO-O-O buried )...I would like to get male plug to wire up with LED pigtails and just plug into female plug when needed. Anyone done something similar...where to get male plug to do it???
Got her wired up just fine with the plug I bought, but for some reason I only have 10.5 volts on the pin on tractor for trailer tail light that I used to power LED lights (???) Lights I got from Northern Tool work with 9-32 volts / but I wonder if I get all the lumens with the lower voltage.
