trailer recommendation for towing my tractor

Deck over isn't a bad idea either. I almost did that, but didn't want it so high. My 3120 has the tires set wide and I still have about 8" on each side between the fenders.

I used it for the first time today and she towed great. This morning I (out of habit) I went ahead and tied the tractor to the very front of the trailer. There's a lot of trailer in front of those axles! It still towed fine, but I put it further back on the way home.

I am in the process of buying a Anderson 7x20 10,000 lb axles . I need to haul my JD 440 dozier(7000lbs) and a B7800 Kubota with backhoe and FEL. Don't know the weight on the Kubota. I won't be hauling them at the same time. So, I think I should be ok. Trailer weight is 2900lbs. I understand Fla new law doesn't allow us to pull a combination truck and trailer that has 12,000 lb axles without a CDL. 5 ton is ok with the DOT boys.

This is what is currently available out there...where did you see your info?

Classes of CDL
It's important to start out knowing which kind of license you need. The State of Florida places commercial driver licenses into three categories:

Class A: trucks or combinations with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) that exceeds 26,000 lbs. If present, a towed unit should weigh more than 10,000 lbs.
Class B: trucks with a GVWR that exceeds 26,000 lbs.
Class C: vehicles transporting hazardous materials in amounts requiring a placard, or made to transport more than 15 people (driver included), with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs. or less.
