I use a Viair compressor and storage tank mounted under my truck and use a semi-truck air brake hose to run up into my bed and come out near the top rail with a standard quick connect fitting. I've used it to change a tire on the side of the road before, but it's a slow process. Mostly to adjust tire pressures when away from home for extended times.
