I use a 14.4 volt battery drill to jack up one wheel on my one ton truck, weighing in at 8000 lbs GVW, using the jack that came with the truck. No speed reduction.
Also use it to raise & lower the spare tire.

It seems to me, if you could find a small 4 to 1 gear box & use a 12 volt drill powered from the truck battery, it would probably work fine with the gear box attached in place of the crank handle.
