Transfer pump for cleaning implements ?

What I've seen is a tank maybe 30 gallons which fed a 5 from electric diaphragm pump with pressure switch (12v) which fed the pressure washer. Although as stated gravity fed does work you need to have a larger tank to provide enough input pressure to not damage the pressure washer pump.
