2005 Jinma 354
Hope someone can help!!!! I have a 2005 Jinma 354, 2nd and 3rd gears are missing teeth. I have the primary main shaft out, but cant get the shaft for PTO drive that is inside it out. I've looked at parts diagram and it appears there are some clips but I surely cant see any. Has anyone replace these gears? Any help greatly appreciated!!

I am down to trying to remove the axle housings from the transmission case- got one to come out about 5/8th of an inch but it won't separate at the pinion point- using a crowbar and afraid I'm going to break something...

How did you get the axle housings separated from the main block- have it out 5/8ths of an inch and will go no further...

Sorry- I'm really new to this and haven't taken the time to figure out how to send pics etc. Second gear has a missing tooth and I am trying to replace that and several other worn gears. It seems I need to dismantle the entire housing to remove the main shaft of the transmission. I'm stuck at removing the axle housing from the differential, spider gears etc. The axle housing has come out 5/8ths of an inch but the shaft won't come all the way out of the spider gear. I could email a picture or tell me how to attach one...

Somewhere in my memory was there not a thread on this a few weeks/months ago??? or am I going senile.
The poster struck the same problem and had his brother to help him out......had photos showing how to do it.......am sure Tommy and RonM helped out. The poster even went to contact the Jinma factory about getting gear sets different from original to alter the gear ratio's.
Maybe I am senile he says as he picks up his Zimmer frame and hobbles off to bed

It's an image of the tool bar where you write replies like I'm doing now. The image I showed is the little box on the tool bar that allows one to post images. It wasn't intended to be a point and click.
