I haven't decided if it's an air compressor or a water pump. If you look close you will see a tow bar folded back on the radiator.

Don't you just love those rubber tires?

They're some interesting pictures, Harv, although, like you, I don't know just what it is. However, I know what this machine is. I found it sitting at the Mid-Tenn Auto/Truck Stop in Cookville, TN, Friday (Nov. 15). As you can see, it was raining a bit, so I just rolled down the truck window to snap a couple of pictures.
