Tredal Pedal Hard To Push!

I've had a CK20HST for over three years and I wanted to use it today. I had to stand on the tredal pedal to use it. It never loosened up all day. Now I've read most of the posts about a sticky tredal. But I would hope that Kioti, by now, would of had a recall or at least a permanent fix that will fix this problem for good. I tried spraying the arm with PB then with WD40, it's a little better but still will not come back to neutral. Help!

Check and lubricate all moving linkage to it and if you have to disconnect it at other end and find out where it's sticking.
It may not be easy but you will be much happier

WD-40 ! That may be the problem . Throw that stuff away and buy a can of spray grease or some ATF in a oil can .

is that a simple repair or something that the shop needs to do. Meaning do yu have to break the tractor in half to replace these parts?

That sounds a bit extreme, last resort type of stuff. Didn't Kioti release an updated bushing for the HST treddle pivot?

It's not really that bad of a job.
Takes about 4-5 hrs.

no not a last resort, it is a final fix. Then you don't mess with it anymore. And its not really that hard of a job.
