OK, most insurance companies cover "acts of God" (or mother nature - unless it's a hurricane or flood, & then most require an extra clause in the policy). So, was this an "act of God", or an "act of stupidity" - the chainsaw in the picture isn't going to help the case for an "act of God".

There's no notch in the tree so I just assumed it was a blow-down and the stump has been cut away. What ever took it down, it sure was a lot of freight for that Chivvy.
