it looks safe to me, about only exception, is perhaps a better guard to keep a cut off stump from flopping back on the cutter.
the video is showing tops of the trees cut off. so only thing that is left, is short stump coming out of the ground.
ok after seeing full video, that looks rather dangerous, cutting a full size tree down with all branches still on. poor blade, took a beating when the trunk fell back onto it, *just kinda cringed* wondering how quickly the blades got messed up. then the video shows trees that already have a lean in them. vs trees that have almost a nice level vertical trunk on them.
